SAINTS & SINNERS

Pete & Nikki back on MIDSOMER MURDERS

Our intrepid pair are playing pilgrims in the new series of Midsomer Murders.

The episode, titled 'Saints and Sinners' is till under wraps, but involves a psuedo-religious group of followers, which include our loving couple.

Whilst filming, they couldn't help but noticing, once again, the 'Serendipity' factor. The Title is similar to one of the tracks they are recording for The Family Album, named after Pete's 10th book, 'The Saints In Paradise', and also, in the village green near Great Missenden, Bucks, where the episode was filmed, stood a huge Oak Tree, with seats around it.

So make a note - 'Saints and Sinners', and watch for our couple following the sect, listening to a Choir, and watch out for Nikki serving tea and cakes at a fete!

PETE AND NIKKI RETURN TO THE SMALL SCREEN

After Pete successfully had three stents put into his arteries, he and Nikki have decided to return to acting work.

Regular users will remember that, after a heart scare last year, our loving couple decided to have a break from acting, but after the op, Pete is feeling like a new man...

SO! They have signed up again to ANDREA CASTING, who were pleased to welcome our intrepid pair back into the fold.

At the moment, they are not renewing their contracts with Ray Knight or Mad Dog Agencies.

So watch out for them in future editions of Midsomer Murders, - and maybe other productions.

YOU CAN'T KEEP NIKKI & PETE DOWN FOR LONG!

Pete has been performing on stage since he was 16. In 1955, he and his friends Derek Soall and Cyril Smith formed FILMART STUDIOS and began making live action and animated cartoon films. As well as being an animator for the cartoons, Pete was also acting and performing as stunt man in their live action movies.

In the Sixties, he played the Genii of The Lamp in Broadhall Players production of Aladdin, as well as performing in the Music Hall productions. He also produced and compered many variety shows in walthamstow, London, and Stevenage, Herts.

In 2006, his partner Nikki (now his wife) suggested he get back into acting and films, and he and Nikki have since been signed to The Ray Knight casting Agency.
